The rate of missing people is on the rise. There is an estimated of over 2,000 missing adults and children a day! The numbers are growing daily! There can many reasons why so many people turn up missing; the biggest reason could be the American population is on the rise. Missing people reports are being taken more seriously than ever before and parents of children are taking their own actions by having their children fingerprinted and keeping current up to date information including pictures about their children and ID cards. Children are not the only people that turn up missing. Women and men are reported missing and never heard from again. Their belongings are found such as their car, boat, clothing, etc., but the person is not heard from or seen for years.
